Gameday
⚽ For the weekly kickabout

Track your football group. Settle the score.

Who's playing, who's on whose team, and who still owes for last Saturday — in one place, so the group chat can go back to being a group chat.

Game days

Plan the day, fill the roster, close it out.

A game day holds the date, the kick-off, the turf and the pot. Everything else — who came, who paid, who's in goal — hangs off it, and the split recalculates the moment anything moves.

Six attendance states
On time, late, no show, early out, late out and waitlist. You decide what each is worth.
Capacity with a waitlist
Cap the numbers and let overflow queue, by sign-up order or members first.
Extension slots
Charge the extra half hour to only the players who stayed for it.
Booker and banker
Credit the person who booked the turf and the one who fronted the cash.

Teams

Sides that nobody argues with.

The group rates itself by answering one question at a time — of these two, who's better? Those votes become a rating, and the rating splits the sides.

Matched at every rung
Levelling the averages happily stacks your two best players together. This doesn't.
A keeper on each side
A team with nobody in goal is a different game, so the split won't produce one.
Fresh pairings
Among equally-balanced splits it picks the one that breaks up last week's teams.
Bibs sorted
Name each side and give it a kit from an eight-colour palette.

Money

Know exactly who owes what.

Every charge and every payment lands in a per-player ledger, so “who owes who” is a number you can point at rather than a conversation you have to have.

Guests billed to their host
A +1's unpaid share is chased from the member who brought them.
The banker's position
What they fronted, what they've been repaid, and what's still outstanding.
A passbook per player
Dated running balance: every charge, every payment, the balance after each.
A pay-habit score
Who reliably pays up front and who's always a fortnight behind.

Leaderboard

Reward the people who make it happen.

Points for turning up on time, and points for the unglamorous parts — booking the turf, fronting the money. Every value is yours to set.

Scoring you control
Each attendance state, the dangerous-play penalty, booker and banker points.
Per-day breakdown
See which day gave a player which points, and why.
A public link
Share a read-only table with the group chat. Off until you turn it on.
Skill ratings alongside
Tiers, comparison counts and a provisional flag for the barely-rated.

Wired up centrally

The parts nobody should have to do by hand.

Two pieces of this run once for the whole instance rather than per group — they need a mailbox and a phone attached. Your admins use them; they just don't have to set them up.

Live in the group chat

One roster message in WhatsApp, edited in place as people sign up — not a fresh ping every time somebody changes their mind. Opt in to “X paid ₹Y” notes as money lands, and preview any message before it goes.

Payments record themselves

Bank credit alerts are read from Gmail and forwarded from Android, matched to players by their UPI address. Submit the same transaction twice and it's recorded once.

Money out, tracked too

Debit alerts follow the cash to the venue, so the turf's ledger and the players' ledger close against each other. Anything unmatched waits in a queue instead of vanishing.

On the touchline

Built for a phone, at a pitch, on bad signal.

You'll be marking attendance standing on grass with one bar of reception. The app is built for exactly that.

Install it

Add it to your home screen and it runs like an app — no store, no download.

Works offline

Recent and upcoming days are cached, with a badge telling you a page is saved.

Android app

A native shell you download from the app itself.

Light and dark

A theme toggle that remembers which you picked.

Many groups

One login, every crowd you play with.

Fully audited

Every change to every record is versioned.

Up and running in three steps.

  1. 1

    Start a group

Name it, and you're the admin. One form, no setup wizard.

  2. 2

    Invite the regulars

Share a link. It's multi-use, it expires, and you can revoke it. Anyone without a login can still sit on the roster.

  3. 3

    Log Saturday

Add the day, mark who came, and the split, the leaderboard and the ledger all follow.

Everything in the box

All 63 features

Not a highlight reel — the complete list. A few things run centrally rather than per group; they're marked so you know what you get on day one.

Game days

Every kickabout is a day you can plan, fill and close out.

A day per game
Date, kick-off time, planned and actual duration, venue and the pot to split.
Six attendance states
On time, Late, No show, Early out, Late out and Waitlist — each worth points you set.
Dangerous play
Flag the tackle nobody enjoyed. It carries its own penalty on the leaderboard.
Guests (+1)
Bring someone who isn't in the group. Their share lands on the member who invited them.
Capacity and waitlist
Cap the roster. Overflow waits, ordered by sign-up position or members-first, your choice.
Extension slots
The extra half hour only some people stayed for, priced and split across just those players.
Per-head ceiling
Cap what any one player can be charged, however the split lands.
Booker and banker
One person books the turf, another fronts the cash. Both earn points for it.
Drag to reorder
The roster is a running order, not an alphabetical list.
Keeper and cash markers
Who's in goal, and who's settling in cash rather than transferring.
Hold-your-seat nudges
Ping one player that their spot needs paying for — separate from chasing their whole balance.

Teams and bibs

Splitting sides is the argument before the game. This ends it.

Named teams with kits
Primary colour plus an optional second, from an eight-bib palette.
Auto-balance
One tap for an even split when nobody has been rated yet.
Balance by skill
Sides matched at every rung of the ladder, not just on average.
Keepers spread out
A side with nobody in goal is a different game, so the split refuses to stack them.
Attackers spread out
The second tie-break, once the ladder is level.
No repeat teammates
Among equally-balanced splits, it prefers the one that mixes last week up.
Shuffled ties
A genuinely tied field still varies week to week.
Clear the split
Wipe the teams without touching attendance, pay or seating.

Skill ratings

The group decides who's good — by comparison, not by self-assessment.

Head-to-head voting
One question at a time: of these two, who's better? Skip the ones you can't call.
Bradley-Terry ratings
Pairwise votes fitted into a single rating per player, with tiers.
Provisional flag
Players with too few comparisons are marked, not silently trusted.
Re-votable
Skills drift. Vote a pair again and only your latest opinion counts.
Position votes
GK, DEF, MID or ATT — decided by outright majority, never a stray plurality.
Vote analysis
Where the group disagrees with itself, laid out.

Points and leaderboard

A season-long table that rewards showing up and pitching in.

Tunable scoring
Every attendance state, the dangerous-play penalty, the waitlist, booker and banker — all integers you own.
Per-day breakdown
See exactly which day gave a player which points.
Public leaderboard
A read-only link you can paste in the group chat. Off by default, on when you say.
Player profiles
One person's attendance, standing and history in the group.

Money that adds up

The uncomfortable part, done properly.

Who owes who
Debtors, creditors and the day-by-day items behind each number.
Covered shares
A guest's unpaid share is chased from the member who brought them, not the guest.
Banker positions
What each banker fronted against what they still haven't been repaid.
Write-offs
A banker can forgive a share, and the ledger stops chasing it.
Passbook
A dated running-balance ledger per player: every charge, every payment, the balance after each.
Credit score
A pay-habit score from the area under the balance curve — fronting cash earns, carrying debt costs.
Money funnel
Per day: what players still owe, what's still to reach the turf, and whether it can be closed.
Payment reminders
Chase one player's whole outstanding balance, previewed before it sends.
Your currency, your clock
Per-group currency and time zone.

People and access

A roster that survives people joining, leaving and having two accounts.

Admins and members
Two roles. Admins run the days and the scoring; members read and record themselves.
Invite links
Multi-use, expiring, revocable, and scoped to the role you intend.
Pre-bound invites
Point an invite at a roster entry so the person who accepts becomes that player, history intact.
Roster-only players
Someone can exist on the roster with no login at all.
Player cards
Tap a name anywhere for their standing, credit and contact.
Audit trail
Every change to every record is versioned.

WhatsApp

Run centrally

The group chat is where the group actually lives, so the app posts there.

Live roster message
One message in the group chat, edited in place as people sign up — not a new ping every time.
Auto-refresh
The roster message updates itself when the day changes.
Payment announcements
Opt-in "X paid ₹Y" notes as money lands.
Preview before sending
See the exact message — roster, accounts or reminder — before it goes out.
Members matched by number
Roster names resolve to the right players in the chat.

Automatic payment capture

Run centrally

Money recorded as it arrives, without anyone typing it in.

Gmail add-on
Reads bank credit alerts and records them, with a background push every five minutes.
Android SMS capture
Bank alert SMS forwarded from the phone, with the same checks the add-on runs.
Idempotent on reference
The same transaction can be submitted twice and recorded once.
Sender matching
Payments map to players by their UPI address, with a guesser for the unmatched.
Ignore list
Senders that aren't group money get silenced, and can never be silently un-ignored.
Turf ledger
Debit alerts follow the money out to the venue, matched by keyword and payee.
Allocation engine
Recorded money settles against outstanding dues oldest-first, and re-settles when a day changes.
Review queues
Anything unparsed, unassigned or unreadable waits in a queue rather than vanishing.
Push alerts
A notification on the device the moment money lands, linking straight to the payment.

Apps and platform

Built to be opened on a phone, at a pitch, on bad signal.

Installable web app
Add it to a home screen and it runs like an app.
Works offline
Recent and upcoming days are cached, with a banner when you're offline and a badge when a page is saved.
Android app
A native shell you download from the app itself.
Light and dark
A theme toggle that remembers.
Many groups, one login
Play with more than one crowd? Switch between them.

Run centrally means the bank-alert import and the WhatsApp bridge are wired up once by whoever operates this instance, rather than configured by each group. Your admins still preview and send the messages; they just don't hold the keys.

Settle it before next Saturday.

Start a group, invite the regulars, and log one game day. That's enough to see whether it's worth keeping.
